Hello... I've Been Waiting for You
Let’s enter the flow and co-create something brilliant.
Thank you for stopping by, I am so happy you are here.
My name is Cheryl Schirillo. I am a community innovator, conduit, and social change artist.
I am also Founder/CEO of Bridges Connecting Communities, Inc., and Co-Creative Founder of The Imagination Installations Project in Winston-Salem, NC.
I am on a mission to work with people like you who are waking up to the fact that it is time to collaborate and co-create with the understanding that we are all part of a beautiful, planet-wide ecosystem.
As visionaries, leaders, healers, and business artists we must step up our game to bravely work in concert with the emerging future.
It is time to stand in our power, to dream big, and to be tenacious about building communities that will graciously support all beings on this precious planet.
Working in Harmony With The Emerging Future
I would love to help you with:
COLLABORATIVE STORY BUILDING
I’d love to help you tell your story. It is critical to make time every year to tune in to your current passions and mission in life. When you increase your focus and clarity about your vision for ALL aspects of your life, you will discover that you are able to communicate about your work in the world in a much more compelling and powerful manner. Are you ready to use your story to connect on a deeper level with your clients, customers, and/or the community you serve?
I’d love to help you integrate mindfulness into your every-day life. I lead two, open-to-the-public groups each month in Winston-Salem, where we learn and practice powerful, easy-to-practice meditation techniques. Learn more and RSVP to one of the events I lead each month over here.
Employee Training, Programs and Retreats for Businesses and Non-Profits:
I’d love to help your organization become one of the thousands world-wide that are waking up to the fact that mindfulness-meditation programs positively impact the bottom line and dramatically increase employee satisfaction and wellness. People who integrate “moments of mindfulness” into their workday report a decrease in stress, distraction and apathy. They are also more productive, supportive of their co-workers, and invested in their organization. Research shows that teams that use proven, best-practices (like 3-minutes of mindfulness at the beginning of key meetings) out-perform other teams.Their meetings are more focused and enjoyable, they feel empowered to share bold ideas and innovate, and they feel a deeper sense of belonging and community at work. It is all about igniting innovation and creativity so that your organization can leapfrog into the emerging future. Learn more about our programs here.
Visionary leadership starts with a willing heart, a positive attitude, and a desire to make a difference.

“An interesting, passionate, imaginative, dedicated, focused, giving, experienced and fun-loving professional, Cheryl’s marketing and communications skills add value to her desire to serve, care and embrace our communities. I am blessed to call her a friend and a colleague. If you have not had the opportunity to meet and talk with Cheryl, find the time. You too will benefit from knowing her.”Teddy Burriss
“I am grateful to Cheryl for creating her “mindfulness in nature” videos. It is such a gift to be online and suddenly see a message that a moment of nature is coming to me through Cheryl’s efforts. Her community events where we dream, dance and experience joy together are amazing. Coming together in community is something that has been largely lost to our culture, so any opportunity to grow together is very precious.”Brenda Bergeron
“I have truly enjoyed Cheryl’s guided, Loving Kindness Meditations. My daughter has been ill for almost three years and she is currently in a hospital in Boston, MA, that is affiliated with the Harvard Medical School. Parents a receive packet of info which includes a handout on Loving Kindness, also called Metta. This practice can protect us from developing and holding on to judgments, ill will, and hostile feelings toward ourselves and others. While participating in Cheryl’s guided, group-metta meditations, I have gained powerful insights and felt absolutely relaxed afterwards.”Katja Brown
